It all started with a simple goal — to provide a comfortable place for guests while earning a living. Over time, that goal grew into a stronger desire to improve and make our stays more welcoming.

Along the way, many guests shared that they enjoyed our units compared to other places they had stayed before. Hearing that encouraged us to keep building and to find ways to make the experience clearer and more convenient.

The name StayNapt came from a simple idea: “Stay in Apartment.” It reflects exactly what we set out to do — offer straightforward, comfortable accommodations. While the name is simple, it carries our aim of making the booking process and the stay itself less stressful for everyone.

Part of that meant creating our own website. Using big OTAs often comes with high commissions, so we wanted a way to connect directly with guests. By doing so, we can focus on managing our units carefully and keeping prices fair, without unnecessary extra costs.

What began as a small step is now a steady effort to keep improving while staying true to what matters most: clarity, value, and a place where guests can feel at ease — whether for a night or for a longer visit. We don’t promise perfection, but we do promise effort. We listen carefully to every concern, and we value each guest’s suggestions as an opportunity to learn and do better.
